Lobster (Serves 6-8)

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 3 lbs. cooked lobster meat
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1 box spaghetti

Set burner on stovetop to medium. In a sauce pan, melt butter. Add garlic cloves, minced, and sauté for a couple of minutes.

Wisk in cream, cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and lemon juice and cook until smooth, constantly stirring.

Cut lobster into small pieces and add to sauce. Add half and half and let simmer until lobster is warm.

Cook pasta according to directions on box. Serve with sauce poured overtop.
